What happens to my video assets after they’re generated?
Generated video assets stay tied to the parent product they were created for and remain available for reuse across campaigns. They won't be regenerated unless you explicitly update your product data or change the prompt.

Are there limits on how many videos I can generate?
Yes, generations are limited per day based on your plan. Starter includes 50 generations/day, Brand and Core each include 100, and Performance offers unlimited generations.

What happens if I reach my daily generation limit?
Daily generation limits reset at midnight. If you need more volume, you can easily upgrade to a higher tier from your billing dashboard for an immediate increase in capacity.

How do concurrent generations work?
Concurrent generations allow you to process multiple video assets at the exact same time. The Core and Performance plans offer higher concurrency, which speeds up large batch processing.

What is an “Active Parent Product”?
A parent product is the main product entity (e.g., a shoe model), including all its variants. Only products you enable for enrichment and deployment count toward your plan limit.

What are Brands and Brand Tones?
Brands allow you to manage different visual identities within your account. Brand Tones are specific style guides under a Brand, ensuring your generated assets align perfectly with your aesthetic.

What is a Campaign?
Campaigns are collections of products grouped together with a specific Brand Tone and prompt configuration, allowing you to generate thematic video assets in bulk.

Can I connect my own product catalog?
Yes, from the Brand plan onwards, you can connect external product catalogs to seamlessly sync your products into the Creative Studio.

How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on active parent products and feature access. Different tiers grant varying limits on generations, concurrent processing, brands, and campaigns to match your scale.
